Sheree and Luke’s wedding at Woburn Sculpture Gallery & Woburn Safari Park.
I have worked at these Bedfordshire wedding venues a couple of times and they are brilliant locations for very different reasons. If you want a stunning venue to married Woburn Sculpture Gallery is one to look at. An elegant building with floor to ceiling window along one side, grand columns dividing the room and a beautifully landscaped garden to have drinks. It has one of those rooms that you walk into and say ‘wow’! Woburn Safari Park, by comparison, has a different kind of character. It offers a really unique place to celebrate a wedding. There aren’t many weddings that involve elephants, meerkats and splashing around on a swan pedalo!
The bride and groom both chose to get ready at the Woburn Hotel, on the edge of the park. It was an early start, as the wedding took place at 11 am, but everyone was ready with plenty of time to spare. The wedding ceremony at Woburn Sculpture Gallery was very special, with some sweet and funny moments during the readings and the vows. After the ceremony, the new Mr & Mrs and their guests enjoyed some drinks in the garden while we did a few photos. After the photos, it was time to go to Woburn Safari Park and the wedding reception. There was delicious food, great speeches, some awesome dancing, a fabulous sunset and a lot of people having fun on swan-shaped pedalos! A very good way to celebrate getting married.
Sheree and Luke are the loveliest couples and it was a real pleasure to capture their wedding at Woburn Sculpture Gallery and Woburn Safari Park.
