A day of Surrey family photography in the snow
Im going back a few years sharing this shoot. It’s was such a fabulous day, it would be a shame to not to share this Surrey family photography in the snow.
This shoot very nearly didn’t happen. It had been planned and organised and the day before the snow started and did not stop! Before we knew it there were inches of snow, roads were closed and the trains were being cancelled. Sometimes it happens, a shoot is booked and the weather does something unexpected. Happily Emma and her girls were totally up for getting out in the snow and doing the photos anyway!
So off I went to the train, got as close to Emmas home as I could and she picked me up in her car. Their home was looking so beautiful nestled in a blanket of snow, like a picture post card. We decided to get out and have some fun. The next hour was filled with snowball fights, exploring in the nearby fields and playing with their dog.
It was such a fun shoot and to date the only one I have done in the snow.
When the opportunity arises again I’d be there in a flash! Bring on the family photography in the snow!
