Shauney and Matt got married in Summer at the spectacular Saltmarshe Hall, which is a stunning country house in Yorkshire. It was a beautiful day, perfect for a black tie wedding outside in Yorkshire.

Shauney got ready in one of the beautiful bedrooms at the venue, and the atmosphere was full of excitement. The bride then walked the short distance downstairs to get to the outdoor ceremony.

The ceremony was a beautiful service outside in the walled garden. The intimate ceremony was a lovely mix of laughter and emotion. The couple walked back down the aisle as husband and wife to loud cheers.

The reception was also in the gardens. They chose Saltmarshe Hall through a friend’s recommendation. They fell in love with the feel of the place, which was perfect for an intimate, stylish black tie wedding outdoors. As soon as they saw the walled gardens they knew that would be the perfect place to get married. The whole place fitted the elegant, stylish and relaxed vibe they were going for.

It was an elegant black-tie wedding, which was perfect for such a stylish couple. I love shooting a black-tie wedding, there’s a real feel of old school glamour and elegance about a wedding with this style.

The wedding breakfast room was stunning. They chose to keep colours to white and green, using lots of flowers and candles to enhance the room.

Shauney wore an amazing Stella McCartney fitted dress and the most fabulous Manolo Blahnik shoes. Matt wore a Richard James tuxedo with black Eton Loake shoes. Together the couple looked incredible!

Their top tip for the day “Take a moment to take the day in, it goes by so fast, enjoy every minute of it and don’t worry about the small things!”
