My Top 10 Most Popular Real Weddings from 2022
Ahhh I’ve photographed some amazing couples but I have been so busy photographing and getting through my editing pile recently that I haven’t managed to blog many of my fabulous 2022 weddings. I am, however, very happy that so many of my past weddings continue to be read here on my wedding photography blog. So whilst some of these are from 2022, many are much older, so here I am with my Top 10 Most Popular Real Weddings from 2022.
Watch this space though, as lots of my gorgeous 2022 weddings will be shared over the coming weeks.
When Amy and Ollie first got in touch about their relaxed Pembroke Lodge wedding in Surrey I was so excited. They were planning a wonderful day, incorporating elements from Amy’s Korean heritage. They had a beautiful church ceremony followed by a relaxed reception at Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park. Amy and Ollie are the sweetest people and I was so excited to shoot their wedding!
Back again at Pembroke Lodge, I can’t even put into words how much I loved photographing this fabulous, fun, and stylish Pembroke Lodge wedding. Sarah & Ade are brilliant, fun, and warm people. They welcomed me with open arms (literally) and I enjoyed every second of their wedding day.
I’m not surprised this is one of my most popular real weddings. When Madeleine and Sam first got in touch with me about their intimate London wedding, I was so happy – they were planning a stylish city wedding with an intimate ceremony and a very special meal for their reception. We chatted for ages about what they wanted for their wedding photography. It was great to get a feel for them as a couple and the things they liked. Madeleine was a little nervous about having her photo taken and they were both really keen to get relaxed and natural images. Finding out what’s important, as well as any worries is all part of the process when it comes to your wedding photography.
From start to finish, Amy and Jason’s day was amazing. A beautiful, laid-back, fun, and emotional wedding day. Lots of laughs, shots drunk after the speeches, crazy dancing, and a Haka! All set in a gorgeous venue with views across London. It was a joy to be a part of and an absolute pleasure to photograph this Horniman Museum wedding.
Back again at Pembroke Lodge in Surrey, Cynthia and Panawat had an intimate, elegant, and relaxed mini wedding, with the most beautiful autumnal-inspired flowers everywhere.
6. Scotland And England Come Together For This Amazing Riverside Thames Rowing Club Wedding Photography
It’s amazing how this wedding from way back when remains one of my most popular real weddings. This was one of those brilliant, amazing, fun-packed, ‘wow’ kinds of weddings. A beautiful, fun, and fabulous Putney riverside wedding at Thames Rowing Club. There were so many little moments throughout the day that made it so special.
If you’re planning a laid-back outdoor wedding, and love pretty flowers, you will love this wedding for inspiration. When Molly and Johnny first got in touch with me about their wedding I was so happy. They were planning a relaxed outdoor wedding with a ceremony in the Horniman Museum bandstand, with a ceilidh for the evening party. Molly and Johnny are the sweetest people.
When Kate & Cory first got in touch they were planning a big, full day Winter wedding. Then ‘you know what’ happened and their plans changed. A lot! They chose instead to have Spring intimate Chelsea Town Hall wedding with a very special lunch at Somerset House. Despite the fact Cory’s family couldn’t make it from Australia it was a fabulous, stylish wedding that was a wonderful celebration. They made it super special and had their Australian family and friends watch via live stream from the other side of the world.
When Natasha and Joe first got in touch with me about their Belair House wedding in Dulwich, I was so excited. They were planning a romantic and stylish winter wedding with fairy lights, sparklers and a relaxed vibe. Belair House is a venue I know well and was really looking forward to working at, having lived around the corner for many years. Natasha and Joe are the loveliest people and I was so excited shoot their wedding!
Ah….Tuscany! This is such a dreamy example of one of my most popular real weddings. I spent the most glorious couple of days in Italy for Som & Jonny’s two-day wedding extravaganza. Colour, food, wine, dancing…lots of dancing, sunshine, swimming and so much more.
