Karen and Beau’s beautiful Leez Priory wedding
I’m so happy to share Karen and Beau’s beautiful Leez Priory wedding on the blog. These two are the loveliest, most laid back and happy couple and their wedding day captured this vibe completely. They are also expecting their first baby, which made the whole day that little bit more exciting.
They chose to marry at Leez Priory, a stunning venue in Essex with the most gorgeous grounds. Happily, on the day the weather played ball and allowed them to have the outdoor ceremony they had hoped for. I joined Karen and her bridesmaids as they got ready in the main Priory building. It was a very relaxed morning as the girls all had makeup done, hair styled and got into their dresses. As it often the way the time flew by and before long the guests started arriving. What’s quite fun at Leez Priory is that the bride can see everyone as they arrive, but it’s not obvious to the guests where she is!
This really was a fabulous wedding. There were plenty of emotional moments, lots of laughter, lots of hugging, garden games, a sing-song at the end of the speeches, a hog roast (which Beau was VERY excited about) and the ‘After Eight’ game even made an appearance! Weddings generally take on the vibe that the bride and groom bring to the day. For Karen and Beau it was relaxed, fun and totally loved up and happily, all their guests brought the same feeling.
It was a real joy to photograph such a beautiful Leez Priory wedding. To get the opportunity to spend time with two such lovely people and their loved ones was also a real pleasure.
I hope you have enjoyed Karen and Beau’s beautiful Leez Priory wedding.
