Autumn Lullingstone Castle Engagement shoot

It was a real pleasure to photograph Holly & Adam’s Lullingstone Castle engagement shoot. This shoot wasn’t straightforward and took two attempts to actually go ahead. The first time we met at Lullingstone Castle we arrived in torrential rain. We decided to go for a cup of tea in the cafe, to see if the rain passed. It didn’t! So we rescheduled for a few weeks after and happily, the weather was much nicer the second time!

Holly and Adam are the loveliest couple and it was so nice to spend time with them. I love to get to know my couples and an engagement shoot is a perfect opportunity for this. We walked, we chatted, I took photos. I found out about how they met, all the proposal details and what they are excited about for their wedding. There were lots of laughs and plenty of cuddles. I really can’t wait to photograph their wedding later this year.

They chose Lullingstone Castle as it’s somewhere they have visited a few times and have always enjoyed wandering around the gardens and grounds. I never even knew this place existed, but its a really lovely spot. A bit of a hidden gem in Kent.

Enjoy this lovely Lullingstone Castle engagement shoot, and keep an eye out later in the year for Holly and Adams wedding.
