An intimate wedding at Pembroke Lodge

Laura & Steve married in a lovely intimate wedding at Pembroke Lodge in early March. They chose to keep their wedding small, an elopement style wedding, which made it very special for them.

When a couple decides to marry this way it becomes a very special moment. It can be just as nerve-wracking, just as exciting and just as joyous as a much larger wedding. It is also a very personal thing as their photographer. I am one of only a small number of people to witness their vows, their love, their joy and excitement and their celebration.

In the run-up to the day, I chatted to Laura & Steve about what they wanted in terms of photos. As they were marrying at Pembroke Lodge, in Richmond Park, it was important to them to capture the venue both inside and out. They wanted relaxed, beautiful photos that reminded them of this special day and personal moment.
