An intimate London elopement
It was such a pleasure to photograph Rebekah & Andrew’s intimate London elopement. They first got in touch with me a year before their wedding. Their initial plans involved a celebration with their family and friends, but it soon starting becoming tricky to make it work. Rebekah’s from Australia, so most of her family are over there. Between work and travelling and day to day life it soon felt a bit too complicated for them so they stopped their planning.
Out of the blue I got an email from Rebekah saying they had decided to get married, just the two of them. They were choosing an intimate London elopement, because they just wanted to get married! They figured they could plan a family celebration after the event.
So, we started chatting and planning. They asked if I would be a witness, which is such an honour (and slighly nerve wracking!). The day came and I was there, ready to photograph this exciting event for the two of them. They married at Islington Town Hall and after we travelled in a black cab (only right for a London wedding) to Regents Park for photos. It was early in the year, so a little cold and grey, but they were so happy it didn’t matter at all.
Enjoy browsing through this very special intimate London elopement.

Hi Fiona,
We are planning a London intimate elopement with just two of us on 30 Nov 2020 at Chelsea town hall early in the morning. We are looking for some simple photo shooting during & after the ceremony nearby.
We love your photos. Kindly advise if you would be free on the day. And how much would cost for the above mentioned setting.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Best,
Renny
