Hedsor House wedding photography
Over the years I have photographed weddings at some spectacular wedding venues. I thought it would be fun to share some of my favourites venues with a series of Wedding Venue Spotlight posts. Hopefully this will help if you are searching for a wedding venue in London or the surrounding counties. Ill be sharing some information about each venue along with a selection of photographs that I have taken there.
Hedsor House really is something special. It’s a beautiful Georgian country home set in 100 acres of parkland near Taplow in Buckinghamshire. You might recognise it, as it’s been featured in magazines and has been used as a location for film and TV. The house has been in the same family for 4 generations and was originally given to Florence and Philip Shephard as a wedding present.
Completely exclusive, the stately home is yours for the day. As you make your way down the sweeping drive it already feels very special. Make sure to say hi to the highland cattle, who keep an eye on things from a nearby field. The house sits within beautiful grounds with a mix of wild meadow and manicured lawns. It’s as stunning inside as it is outside. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and I love the suites upstairs that can be used for morning preparations.
The team at Hedsor House are wonderful too and ensure everything runs smoothly. This is another reason why I love a Hedsor House wedding. I know it’s going to be an amazing day!
