Fabulous Buckinghamshire wedding with outdoor wedding blessing
This is Ellie and Sam’s second wedding. They had their first in the midst of the pandemic with just a handful of guests. This wedding day was a chance for them to celebrate in style with friends, family, food, drinks and dancing! I had the pleasure of photographing their intimate wedding, which took place in Bath in the middle of winter. It was very special, despite the restrictions and limitations at the time. Check out their intimate wedding day here. When it came to planning their celebration party and wedding blessing they chose to go for a summer, outdoor, festival style wedding. With food trucks, a cocktail van, luxury tents for camping and a live band. One of their friends conducted the wedding blessing, which made it even more special. They had some beautiful readings and wrote their own vows. It was wonderful. The ceremony took place in a small wooded area and was so pretty, decorated with flowers and wooden benches. After the ceremony they led their guests to the main area, where there were tables, benches and seats for everyone to relax and enjoy the day. The weather was glorious and perfect for their festival wedding. The couple mingled with their guests while everyone chatted and made the most of the gorgeous location. The food trucks had set up and were ready to feed everyone with a choice of pizza, taco and crepes. The awesome bar truck kept the cocktails flowing. After a few group photos and relaxed couples portraits it was time for the band to start. The couple did a fabulous first dance as the sun was setting and then everyone joined them on the dance floor. After a brilliant few hours I left everyone ready to party the night away.
